During her time at Extendicare, she played an integral role in the rebranding of Extendicare, contributing to the development of the company’s refreshed mission, vision, and values. As part of her current role, Krystin leads the nursing division at Placement Pass, overseeing clinical pre-placement document validation of students across Canada and ensuring alignment between industry standards and provincial best practices.
